:- Regardless of any agreement between the partners, any partner may cause the partnership to be dissolved for special reasons and especially in the following circumstances – (a) If a partner is unable to handle the partnership duties as per the agreement made by him, or (b) If the other partner fails to pay the amount due to the firm or if he assigns his share of the partnership to someone without the consent of the other partner, or (c) if the right of the other partner is satisfied by the court, or (d) if the other partner commits fraud or gross negligence in the conduct of the business of the firm, or ( e) If the other partner is sentenced to imprisonment.
